What Rovina is
Rovina provides information and planning assistance based on published official requirements for taking a pet across a border. We resolve those requirements against your route, airline, travel class, breed and dates, and we return them as a dated plan with the source and verification date attached to each one.
What Rovina is not
Rovina does not provide veterinary advice, does not provide legal advice, does not issue or endorse any government document, and does not guarantee that your pet will be admitted to any country or accepted for carriage by any airline. Final requirements must be confirmed with the relevant government authority, your accredited veterinarian, and your airline.
Accuracy and your own verification
We verify each blocking rule against a primary source and re-check it on a published schedule. Requirements change, sometimes without notice. Where our data is stale or a route is not covered, we say so rather than guess. You remain responsible for confirming your own requirements before you travel.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to your use of Rovina is limited to the fees you paid us for the plan in question. We are not liable for consequential, indirect or incidental losses, including rebooking costs, boarding fees, quarantine costs, veterinary costs, or losses arising from a missed or refused flight.
Disputes
Disputes are resolved by binding individual arbitration rather than in court, and you and Rovina each waive the right to participate in a class action. This clause will be finalized by counsel before public launch.
