What we collect
Only what the travel workflow needs: your email address, your pet’s details (name, species, breed, weight, date of birth, microchip number and implant date, vaccination and test dates), your route and dates, and any documents you choose to upload.
What we deliberately do not collect
We do not collect your own health information. We do not ask for identity documents. We do not handle your card details — payments run through Razorpay and card data never reaches our servers.
Where it lives
Account and pet data are stored in a managed Postgres database with row-level security, so a request can only ever read rows belonging to the signed-in account. Uploaded documents live in private object storage with no public access; each view is a signed link that expires in minutes.
Sharing
Nothing is sold. Data is shared only with the processors that run the service — hosting, database, email delivery, payments and product analytics — and only to the extent each needs to function. A plan is shared with your veterinarian only when you generate a share link yourself.
Your controls
You can export your data, delete individual documents, and delete your account entirely. Deleting your account removes your pets, trips, plans and documents. We retain payment records where the law requires it.
