Trip Check

The free check costs nothing, so there is nothing to refund. It stays free permanently, including every blocker it finds.

Travel Plan — $49

If the plan is not useful to you, write to us within 14 days of purchase and we will refund it in full. You do not need to give a reason. If your trip is canceled before you have used the plan, the same applies.

If we get a requirement wrong

If we miss a required item for your route and you tell us, we refund your fee in full and we treat it as a defect in our rules rather than a support ticket — someone investigates the underlying rule and corrects it for everyone.

Researched Plan — $149

Refundable in full any time before we begin research. Once a person has started work, we refund the portion not yet completed. If we cannot produce a plan we can stand behind for your route, we refund the whole amount and tell you why.

How to ask

Email hello@rovina.pet from the address on the account. Refunds return to the original payment method and typically settle within 5–7 business days.
